Regardless of the actual time of day, the light in the room is controllable, from bright daylight to a subdued evening glow. RECORDING SOUND? It's a new space, and so far has been quiet enough for recording clean audio. That said, we are not a sound stage and can't guarantee that there won't be occasional sounds from the hallway, or a random car horn.
