Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$200/hour (i.e. $150/hr (base) + $200/hr (film surcharge)) = $350/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $400 Cleaning Fee These two fees have been combined and are reflected in the listed cleaning fee. We require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your crew numbers to calculate your base rate. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify that all rules are followed. We have a 10 hour minimum for all locations. If you book for 6 hours, you will be charged for 10 hours. You must let us know if your schedule shifts for any circumstance. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to schedule yourself for the full 10 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Events and large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. A certificate of insurance is required for all productions. Upon booking this location, it is required to sign a Location Agreement. No one will be permitted on set until this Agreement is signed. No nudity whatsoever. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator if they have any heavy EQ. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’. Our space is a gorgeous production studio & office for award-winning production company. However, this space can fully transformed, customizable event space based in the heart of Long Island City. We are steps away from the Queensboro/59th Street Bridge, across the street from a CitiBike station and only 5-10 minute walks from the 7, E, N, R, W, M & F train stations at Queensboro/Queens Plaza. With gorgeous daylight pouring into our 20 foot+ ceiling space, you will have the ultimate natural light events. Come in the evening and you’ll enjoy a gorgeous sunset over the horizon of midtown Manhattan. This studio comes fully equipped with 9 foot seamless backdrops (black, white, green included), blackout curtains (if needed) and a large 43-inch smart TV (equipped with Airplay) for usage as a monitor or for standard television usage. Other amenities include: -Full PA System with up to 3 microphones (mics must be requested prior to event) -14-foot projector screen with a 4k EPSON Projector (video or photo on screen must be decided on 1-day prior to event) -43” 1080pHD LGTV Flat Screen TV/Monitor (with HDMI & Airplay capabilities) on a portable stand -Up to 29 folding chairs -Up to 6 folding tables -2 black square metal tables -1 rolling rack -1-2 staff members to assist with the event -Access to sink in Kitchenette -Private access to bathroom

Our hall provides an open space for various events. With lighting system, sound system, mirrored walls, barres, screen projector, as well as various instruments available for rent, the space provides quality space for your event. Time is flexible depending on schedule.

We accommodate all types of parties to include: — Special Occasions — Holiday Parties — Movie Settings — Music Videos — Private Events — Photography/Photo Shoots — Etc... We supply alcohol such as Beer, Wine, Liquor, cocktails and shots. Options for each person include “Pay as you go” or “$25 all you can drink” which includes everything listed above for the duration of your event. Food can be accommodated per the "add-ons" section, however, outside food is permitted such as catering, deliveries, etc.. We house 4 32” TV screens and 2 58” TV screens. We can play all types of media of your choice to include streaming from your phone if you prefer. In addition to the above mentions, you will have access to loudspeakers for audio. Chalkboard wall (Already filled with art). Coin-op Pool table, Beer Pong Table. Four 3 seater couches. 6 barstools. Glass encasements to house products and exposed shelves to house eliquids. 1 bathroom and an office (if shooting a film). 1 entry and rear emergency exit. Ceiling is exposed showing steel beams. Dimmable Track lighting on either side of the store and walkway lighting down the middle. Exposed Air conditioning ducts and exposed exhaust venting. You have "full control" from the music to the lighting to the temperature to the orientation of the furniture. This yoga studio features expansive, contemporary design with abundant natural light cascading through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It is immaculately maintained, and its open layout is both inviting and conducive to a peaceful yoga and meditation practice. There's a reception area, with a sliding barn door that leads to the main studio area. We keep our wooden floor very clean because of yoga students. Perfect for photoshoots, workshops, small intimate circles, bridal showers, or any wellness / creative events. Easy access from the street, and 1 block from the N, W and R train at Queensboro Bridge. Please note no loud music/noise is allowed to respect our neighbor's space.
