Main level of the duplex apartment features high ceiling, large windows with lots of natural light, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and large living-space. Upper level of the duplex is currently unavailable, however, there is a cottage behind the unit that is available and included in your rental. (See pics) The cottage is a 2 bedroom/1bath home built in the 80s. Kitchen is fully stocked with deck access. It is approx 1200 sqft. Both spaces are beautifully decorated for your video productions. There is also a basement that we use to store items. This is also part of your booking. Our indoor/outdoor luxury home is ideal for your photo & video productions. Located right in the heart of a small town setting, this Edwardian home is located in cul-de-sac with a private yard. A public park is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. You get private access to the main entertaining outdoor space that has 4 functions: Grill & dining area, deck seating for 10 with gas firepit, lounge area with wood firepit and a turf area with bench seating. Indoor you will find a luxurious open living-space which includes conversation area by the fireplace, cozy living-room area that seats up to 6 guests, dinning area for 6 guests and a fully stocked kitchen. Our light-filled space is uniquely designed for productions. The indoor and private outdoor open space with separate zones is ideal for your projects. There's a luxurious powder room off of the living-room for your use. To ensure a flawless experience we greet every client at the start of their booking and may have a manager available during your production. UPSTAIRS: There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that can be available for productions that are >8 hours of overall booking. If booking is under 8 hours, please inquire about additional cost for usage and cleaning. FURNITURE All furniture pictured that is still available for use and included in your rental. Custom setups which require extensive setup and breakdown will incur additional fees. PARKING Street and public lot parking nearby.
