This is a beautiful non-toxic space that includes Clean Air and Clean Water for you to enjoy. The ceilings are 11 feet tall with lots of beautiful lighting, large windows and facing East to downtown Larkspur and overlooking the redwoods. The walls are linen white and the furniture has warm tones of walnut and gold. There are elements of a softness and coziness that are brought in through Citizenry accessories with beautiful prints and textiles.
There is a treatment room that could be used by an Aesthetician or massage therapist, a private Yoga/pilates floor space and a small office space in the space as well along with the 2 office rooms and conference room in the front.
This space is great for meetings! People have used it for board meetings, disputes, educational programs and more!
A large customizable conference room, perfect for small productions or meetings. The room comes equipped with several rolling modular tables, an entire dry erase wall for brainstorming sessions, projector/screen, and lots of artwork.

We also provide flexible room layouts, technology and additional business services.
Our fully equipped, flexible conference rooms have everything you need to flawlessly pull off your most important presentations, trainings and meetings. We can easily configure a conference space to comfortably accommodate your large or small group’s needs.
In addition to the conference room there is an adjoining break-out / consultation room provided. It can fit up to six people comfortably and is included with in any rental.

We are a San Francisco based non-profit arts organization that has been running for over 50 years. Our Gathering Space is a multi-use space that can be set up for whatever you need. The set up shown can be reconfigured to whatever you need.

Centrally located by Market St/Van Ness, this space is ideal for everything from workshops and meetings, to film screenings and presentations - and anything in between. This 1000 sqft space fits up to 75 people standing, 50 seated. Located right next to Van Ness Muni station, and 10 min walk from Civic Center BART/Muni. Many parking garages also located nearby.
The rental price includes a staff A/V technician to assist you throughout your event, along with the following equipment:
- Full AV Set Up - Sound system, mics, 2 large video projectors, large flat screen monitor.
- Staging pieces
- 80+ chairs
- 4 x 10-foot long tables & 7 x 6ft long tables
- Table cloths
- Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi
The space is also located upstairs from 2 great bars for those end of meeting happy hours! Ask about a referral for drinks specials.

The space includes a reception area and office area. It would be a great space to get some work done with a beautiful glass desk and printer available. Also could be great for a small meeting. The space features a zero gravity chair where you could actually relax and recharge. Free and easy parking in this Class A building.
500 sq ft space that can accommodate multiple purposes including private meetings, workshops, trainings, and conferences. This suite is located on the second floor and has large windows that look over Telegraph Avenue in Downtown Oakland. Multiple tables are available with desk chairs. LCD projector and screen are available upon request as well.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
Located in San Francisco downtown near the Moscone convention center and Union Square, this private meeting room is vibrant with natural sunlight, tall window, stunning views, and modern amenities. It is ideal for client sales meetings, product demos, training sessions, team meetings, workshops, and planning sessions.
NOTE: There are a handful of times when prices for our spaces increase and that is during the following: JPM Healthcare Conference, Oracle World, Dreamforce, and GDC.
ABOUT THE BUILDING:
The room is located inside a classic building, filled with stunning marble floors and wonderful acoustics that make this building easy to love. As one of our customers puts it, it’s “simply gorgeous!”
LOCATION:
The location is amazing: Walker's paradise score is 99 and transit score is 100. All major public transportation lines (BART, MUNI) run through this location. It’s in a safe area.

Perfect offsite for startups! Enjoy a day or a few hours in the heart of Valencia Corridor in a huge victorian artist space. Very high ceilings. Flexible large double parlor and large outside deck with fire pit (extra fee). Mix of a standing desk and two large tables as well as a table outside. Perfect for multiple small group brainstorming sessions.
2 desks can be connected for a 24 person conference table or dinner party.

Half of parlor can be converted into photo studio with backdrop. Basic photo lights available.
