We have 5 showers and 5 restrooms and lockers conveniently down the hall. To enhance the aesthetic and tranquility of the space we have installed beautiful bamboo flooring and worked with one of the Bay Area's finest muralists, Ian Ross.

As a studio it features beautiful diffused light that's perfect for portraits or boudoir, but it can also easily handle a fashion or product shoot. The outdoor area includes an outdoor shower and claw foot bathtub. It is in full shade by 3 pm in the fall or 5 pm during the summer. The outdoor area does have double-wide umbrellas to share during the day. Right next door to the space is a market + brewery. One block away you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. The Martinez Marina is a short walk away if you need additional outdoor space in addition to this one. There are many urban backdrops close by. We have one of the largest outdoor spaces available in San Francisco! The Villa is designed with an eclectic mix of furniture and one-of-a-kind art pieces and is constantly being updated. The space is perfect for team meetings, off-sites, conferences, board retreats, presentations, product launches, client dinners, pop-up shops, art showings, cocktail receptions, weddings, holiday parties, or anything else you come up with! We are located two blocks from the San Francisco Design Center, Zynga, Uber, Adobe, and one block from Starbucks, Wholefoods, and many restaurants. VILLA INTERIOR: The first floor consists of a grand entrance foyer with an adjacent powder room, a dining room large enough to accommodate 20 guests, and Salon. A full kitchen, with direct access to the outside and an additional half bath, is also located on this floor. The second level is accessed via the grand staircase. It consists of a Library with a connected full bath, a grand ballroom large enough to seat 100 guests for a seated dinner, and a private suite with an adjacent full bath. INTERIOR SPACE: 3500 SQ FT VILLA EXTERIOR: The gardens of Villa Fontaine consist of a cobblestone courtyard filled with seasonal blooming plants, an intimate multi-tiered garden with a babbling fountain, seating, and two firepits. Welcome to our photo/video production studio! The 600 square foot (15'x40') shooting floor is part of the 1200 square foot studio space. The other half is occupied by a design studio, the restrooms and a small space where you can make your tea and coffee. The space has a very high ceiling about 15' to 20' and wood floor. A large window is on one side of the shooting space and a sky window is on the other side, above the beginning of the design studio. If you wish to take pictures under the sky window, it's a possibility but, please let us know before your arrival so we'll move furniture around and give you more space. The natural light that comes in is beautiful. Fiber wifi is available. 4 tables 47'x23' can be used. Wardrobe rack & steamer. Possibility to make coffee and tea. Right now, we are just opening the space for rent and we do not have specific equipments for photoshoot but we might have in the future as well as more furniture. Check back here again in a few months for new equipments and props. The studio manager will be in the space pretty much at all time. The space is usually very quite, but is not designed for video or sound productions. There is a private access to our studio from the outside. It's on the first floor and you will need to use our large outside stairs.
