This is one of the most unique artist lofts in NYC and was professionally decorated to give it a one-of-a-kind feeling of cozy opulence. Renovated in an old famous soda factory building, our penthouse loft boasts 14-ft ceilings, exposed beams and brick throughout, and tons of natural lights flooding in from our north-facing window-wrapped corner unit. The loft is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with several desk/workspaces and is bursting with special details, such as original piping from the unit's soda factory days, 14-ft tall floor-to-ceiling built-in wooden bookshelf, and dozens of plants and greenery. The loft is covered with artwork on every wall and has elevated pops of color throughout. This loft is truly meant for those with an elevated design eye. The loft has a huge living room area with floor-to-ceiling gallery walls of artwork from all over the world. The open-concept kitchen has updated appliances and a beautifully unique black marble free-standing island that is great for cooking or kitchen content. The unit also has an oven, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer unit. The huge primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with a golden canopy frame. Access to the master bedroom is allowed but if shooting in the master bedroom, you must bring your own sheets/bed linens. Access to the primary bathroom is restricted due to renovation. Rooftop access is available on a request basis. Our rooftop has incredible views of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Only 2-3 people can be on the rooftop at once as this is a shared space with the rest of the building. The owner must be present for rooftop access. It is important to know this is our primary residence. The ideal guest is someone who is very clean, appreciates design and architecture, and will help take care of our beautiful loft. The unit is on the 5th floor and the building has an elevator.

Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $100/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $250/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $500 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee These two fees have been combined and are reflected in the listed cleaning fee. Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your numbers to calculate your base rate in the Splacer widget. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. We have a 8 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 8 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 8 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. All rooms have a unique, vintage, and raw feel that is hard to find in New York. The building looks very untouched and dates back to the day. Blended with an abundance of natural light, every color seems to fall perfectly in balance in this location. Combined with the amount of natural light, this space will help you realize your creative vision for your project. We manage several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. A certificate of insurance is required for all productions. Upon booking this location, it's required to sign a Location Agreement. The absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’. It's important to note that the apartment carries a vintage charm, evident in the occasional creaking floorboards and a slight inclination, which some might argue only enhances its character.

This unique home has been carefully crafted bit by bit over years of detailed attention and love. It is the photographer's dreamscape. 9 skylights and the "stairway to heaven" will give you epic lighting and set the tone for a perfect afternoon event, you choose! Very delicate, so expect to take utmost care. No wild parties, but we invite celebration.

My space has many quaint spots; including a desk workspace across the kitchen, twin bed by the window makes for a perfect nap or reading spot, and comfy daybeds in the living room that double as a bed if desired. There is wifi provided, and the space does well for meetings and a private workspace. The space also works well for photography sessions, pop up events, art showcases, cocktail lounge get togethers, and the list goes on. It is a 1-bedroom featuring kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, 2 living areas, and window nook.

Very specious loft with tons of character and decorated with love. Situated in one of the best neighborhoods of NY, the space offers a big living area, an eating room that sits 10 people and an open kitchen. Other features: Marble and wooden floors, high ceilings, aquarium and large vinyl collection. You are sharing the space with an active couple that's mostly out and about. We always have recommendations of what to do. Two subway stops in walking distance (Bedford L, Marcy J-M-Z), plus Ferry. A true New York experience and a place you definitely looking forward to come home to after a long day in the city. There are not many places left like this in the area. Lots of space and light, cause of the 12 windows in the apartment. With the marble mosaic floor, the beams and the green outside the window, you sometimes don't feel like being in the city. The building is a beautiful old brick stone warehouse in a beautiful little street next to the waterfront.
