Upon arrival, the space will be prepped, spotless, and ready to use. The on-site rep will check you in and assist to load in/out your equipment, set up all the tech you need, and will be available (but out of your way) the entire time in case you need assistance.

With 1200 square feet of rustic and industrial design, our venue provides a one-of-a-kind ambiance that is perfect for any occasion, from film shoots and private celebrations to art exhibitions and networking events.
Located beneath a Jazz Center near the Williamsburg bridge, our space features its own separate entrance, offering privacy and exclusivity. Recently renovated for creatives, the speakeasy includes art murals, brick walls, high pipe exposed ceilings, and original concrete floors with small drains throughout.
Whether you're a photographer or videographer, you'll appreciate the minimal daylight, which allows for complete control over lighting. Additionally, our space features a multicolored LED light system, so you can create the perfect ambiance for your event.
Our venue can accommodate up to 60 seated guests, and we offer a selection of furniture that can be rented upon request. The space features a 10-foot long L-bar, small kitchen with fridge, and state-of-the-art amenities such as WIFI, phone reception, a powerful sound system with high-quality JBL speakers wired throughout, and a DJ booth. We also provide renters with a hanging ceiling movie screen and projector to stage their own film viewings.
Our venue is ideal for small gatherings, off-site meetings, conferences, and dinner parties, with a seating capacity of 85 people. We are selective in booking events to ensure the safety and success of every gathering. Our team offers DJ and bartender services, and we are committed to providing an experience that your guests won't forget.
While we regret that our space is not yet wheelchair accessible, we are working towards it, and your rentals will help us get there. Our hourly rate is $260 on weekends (Thursday to Sunday) and $230 on weekdays (Monday to Wednesday). There is a five-minute grace period for set-up and breakdown, with a $10 charge for each additional minute.
For events with 55 or more guests, we provide Black Cellar appointed security for an additional fee of $45/hr. We require a mandatory security deposit of $200, which is refundable upon completion of the event with no damages or fees incurred.

Our company offer unique experience utilizing latest Virtual Reality technology, letting our customers experience something new and existing. We are providing not just a standard Virtual Reality, but with latest simulators platforms, which allows our customers to submerge in to experience of driving a sports or any kinds of cars, roller coasters and so on. The space is primarily a comedy club that has 2 rooms. One we use for the show room (set up with a stage, 60 chairs, and audio mixing equipment) and the front space is where we hang. We call the nostalgic vibe "grandma's basement" - cozy, lots of seating, bright colors. The beauty of both rooms is that we can help them be whatever you want. We are a barebones operations (that is rich with furniture) so you have a lot of room to make it your own. - There are 6 large Klipsch 160-RM speakers throughout the space, 10" Klipsch Subwoofer and 2 custom 40" speakers/pa, mixer and microphone. They are wired to the entire space including the basement so you have continuous sound throughout. All hook up via Bluetooth via receiver.
Furniture & Site Visits
- All furniture in the photos is included, removal from the space may be allowed upon host approval
- We encourage you to come visit in person or join us for a video walkthrough to view the most current look.
Heating & Air Conditioning
- The inside is fully heated and very cozy in the colder months.
- The inside also has strong AC to keep cool in the warmer months.
Food & Beverage
- We DO have a two large refrigerators, a freezer, a kitchen sink, dishwasher, wine cooler, ice buckets/scoops, bar equipment and full service cafe bar
- We currently DO NOT have a stovetop, oven or microwave. However we have an airfryer and a commercial toaster

Rules:
Reservation Requirements: All bookings necessitate a license agreement. Additional insurance might be necessary, per the host's discretion. Smoking is prohibited indoors unless approved by host.
Check-In
- The host will greet you upon arrival and stick around until you are settled with everything you need.
Check-Out
- We provide you with a 30 minute grace period for clean up (subject to availability) for any reservations over 5 hours. We ask that you turn off the music at this time and clear the space. Anyone left in the space should be participating in clean up or is expected to leave.
Furniture/Decorations and Accessories: Feel free to dress our space up! A lot of the interior furniture is modular, and upon request may be can be moved/removed to fit your needs. All furniture must be returned to its original position. Sitting or dancing on tables is strictly prohibited. No candles except for cake candles. All decorations brought in must be removed after the event. Absolutely no glitter or confetti is allowed. Violations may result in a fine.
Music and Sound: Any sound equipment brought in must be approved by Host. Live music must conclude by 12am and also subject to approval by host. Music volume should be considerate of the neighborhood and must be turned off by 1am on weekends and 12am on weeknights.
Guest Policy: All guests must vacate the premises by 2am on weekends or 12am on weeknights, or at the conclusion of the reservation, unless involved in cleanup. It's the booker's responsibility to communicate all rules to guests.
Food and Beverage: Alcohol is permitted, but excessive drinking is not tolerated. Guests must leave if excessively intoxicated. Selling alcohol requires a permit and additional insurance. If alcohol or outside catering service will be served at the event, the placement of tables, tents, live music, catering equipment, etc. and vendor, must be approved by the venue no later than one week before the event. This ensures compliance with regulations and safety standards. Outside catering is allowed at no extra cost, with inquiries about preferred catering partners encouraged.
Waste Management: Garbage and recycling bags and bins are provided. Dispose of garbage in the designated area. Failure to clean up properly incurs a $60 cleaning fee. Recycle and break down boxes before leaving.
Checkout Procedure: Be prepared for a walkthrough and lock up at the end of your booking. Late checkout incurs a $50 fee, with an additional $50 charged for every 30 minutes beyond the booked time.
Capacity Limit: The maximum capacity of the space must not be exceeded at any time during the event to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. Failure to follow this rule may result in an immediate shut down of the event.

⟣ All reservations require a license agreement
All events/productions require a $500 security deposit to be collected prior to the start of reservation and to be returned the following day upon inspection. We may ask for a larger deposit for larger events/productions. Additional insurance may also be required at the discretion of the host. We generally do not require a deposit for off-site meetings.
No smoking inside.
NO USE OF CANDLES (Other than for cake).
ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI.
⟣ Any glitter or confetti will result in a total loss of security deposit.
All decorations brought in must be removed and taken out or thrown away.
⎊ Music/Sound
Any sound system/speakers brought into the space must be approved by owner/manager/staff of Rosa New York.
Any live music in the garden/backyard must end by 10pm.
Music volume must remain at a fair volume that will not disturb the neighborhood. All music must be off in backyard/garden by 12am/weekends or 11pm/weeknights or when your reservation is complete.
⎊ Guests
All guests must also exit the backyard/garden by 12am/weekends or 11pm/weeknights or when your reservation is complete, unless they are participating in the clean up. It is 100% your responsibility to relay all rules and information about the space to your guests.
⎊ Food & Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted, but please NO excessive drinking! If you are excessively intoxicated, you may be asked to leave. If you wish to sell alcohol, you would need to obtain a permit from the city. Outside catering is allowed at no extra charge, but please inquire about our catering partners, they are amazing!
⎊ Garbage
We will provide plenty of garbage and recycling bags & bins. When your garbage is full, please dispose of it in the designated area. Please try to recycle and most importantly break down any boxes left behind.
An extra cleaning fee of $60 will be charged if food, plates, cups, etc. are not thrown out, and boxes are not broken down and put in the designated area. Please place all garbage in the garbage, and we will take care of the rest.
⎊ Furniture
Please DO NOT MOVE the large wooden table in the center of the room OR the black antique divider. If you move any furniture inside, please make sure to move them back at the end of your reservation. Any food or beverage stains on any wooden table tops inside or outside the space will result in additional charges. Please bring table cloths if you don’t feel confident your setup will not damage our tables. A $250 refinishing fee will apply to each damaged table.

Please be ready for walkthrough and lock up at the end of your booking time. A fee of $250 will be charged if you are not checked out on time, and an additional $250 will be charged every 30 minutes that the space is still occupied by you or your guests.
