This is an eccentric and aesthetically rich artists loft and a bit of Williamsburg history. Established in 1989, Our open plan loft boasts a sunny southern wall of windows beneath 12ft ceilings where a vast, carefully curated collection of oddities both diverse & prodigious begs the eye to wander. From the walls of antique tools & implements, to hand-crafted vintage furniture, decorative and fine art objects, and taxidermy, it's a collection of collections and an experience not to be missed. Natural light shines on a garden platform with a wicker sofa, wood statuary and a jungle of plants.  The spacious living room area features a long red velvet couch under our iconic tool display, a throne, a fainting couch as well as a large low coffee table. The back section of the loft has a wall of mirrors, a glass cabinet wall showcasing shelves full of oddities, a collection of antique cash registers and candelabras, and a ceiling & wall of beautiful reclaimed tin. The lavatory features a river stone floor, an antique claw foot tub with copper shower enclosure as well as an apothecary collection from the the early nineteen hundreds. In the Conservatory, which is just off the main room through tall double doors, a working 1913 Chickering stand-up piano sits beneath a gallery of historic and contemporary works of art including a collection of nineteenth century family portraits watching over our library of select books. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a wall display of vintage kitchen implements, a refrigerator collaged with 1940s envelopes, and several glass cabinets of various eras.

This unique, peaceful, plant-filled place with high ceilings (14") is located in the heart of Williamsburg and is the perfect space for productions, shoots and small, intimate events - baby showers, book clubs and wine tastings, anyone looking for a unique and vibrant feel. The location is very close to river front, domino park, cafes, restaurants, bars and many nightlife venues. The unit has a 1000 Sq Ft open layout, fully furnished that is used to host events and has an alcove sleeping area. The windows offer lots of sunlight and partial views of the NYC Skyline. The space is filled with art and has plenty of entertainment options like board games, PlayStation, large television, portable table tennis, a record player, and lots of books. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all utensils, a full-size fridge, and a coffee corner complete with a coffee maker, toaster oven, and kettle. 2 separate work-from-home setups with large monitors, desks, ergonomic Steelcase chairs, and great WiFi (Verizon FiOS).

Our studio has 20 foot ceilings with 6 enormous windows. The light is beautiful all day. It has options for backdrops including; one wall- floor to ceiling white textured, one wall- with floor to ceiling black curtains, and the space can be fully blacked out. There are also two options for floor; normally it has a padded black marley floor but we can lift the marley to expose gorgeous hard wood floors beneath. The main room is 23 by 24 feet, there’s a basic bathroom with a tub in the back and a small room that can be used if needed for coats, HMU, storage etc. We are aerialists so the space is fully rig-able and has theater lights with color that can be used for shoots and video as well. Its a perfect space to have an inspiring conversation or work on a new vision.

The intention is to provide a dynamic environment for our evolving community. We host a wide range of events and are always open to meaningful partnerships, the perspectives they bring, and the experiences created for all who participate.
