An open kitchen/living area, featuring custom finishes in anodized aluminum, polished concrete, and Carrara marble, opens onto a sunny garden with weathered brick walls and large pear tree. Exposed ceiling beams, antique random-width pine floors, and the original cooking hearth, now an oversized wood burning fireplace, warm the airy floor-through space. The master bedroom, comprising the entire top floor, features original heart pine floors, wood burning fireplace, soaring brick chimneys, and exposed roof beams fifteen feet overhead. Four oversized windows and a large remote-controlled skylight flood the soaring space with abundant natural light.
