An open kitchen/living area, featuring custom finishes in anodized aluminum, polished concrete, and Carrara marble, opens onto a sunny garden with weathered brick walls and large pear tree. Exposed ceiling beams, antique random-width pine floors, and the original cooking hearth, now an oversized wood burning fireplace, warm the airy floor-through space.
