An open kitchen/living area, featuring custom finishes in anodized aluminum, polished concrete, and Carrara marble, opens onto a sunny garden with weathered brick walls and large pear tree. Exposed ceiling beams, antique random-width pine floors, and the original cooking hearth, now an oversized wood burning fireplace, warm the airy floor-through space. The master bedroom, comprising the entire top floor, features original heart pine floors, wood burning fireplace, soaring brick chimneys, and exposed roof beams fifteen feet overhead. Four oversized windows and a large remote-controlled skylight flood the soaring space with abundant natural light. A second bedroom and formal sitting room with wood burning fireplace, crown moldings, exposed brick, and original pocket doors fill out the parlor floor, and a spare, serene mix of custom-designed and antique furniture is arrayed throughout. New York | Prospect Heights$250 per hour50The space is set in a 900-square foot industrial loft in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, with chicly outfitted décor and a fully stocked kitchen with professional equipment and small wares. This space was built to host cooking classes and smaller intimate events where food is the focus. The natural light from our skylight makes photography in our space so desirable. Our dining room can host up to 25 people for a sit down dinner and 50 people standing. We normally have interactive events where people are encourage to explore the space and talk to the chefs. The cabinets are outfitted with platters, glassware, flatware, linens and tableware. Making it very easy to host any event here. The space transitions from day to night perfectly with our spot lights and lamps. Sonos is the sound system that runs throughout the space and is connected to a record player. The kitchen is outfitted with equipment that any chef would love to work in. With convection ovens, induction burners and every small wares we can think of, cooking out of our kitchen should be easy to navigate through. Please feel free to ask us any question about our space.
