Our beautiful pre-war machine shop in the heart of Williamsburg showcases 1920s’ chic decor, exposed brick and soaring ceilings. This listing is for the second floor vintage loft and roof deck. The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 15-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photo shoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities. Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, film or photo shoot, wedding or reception. It’s a quintessentially Brooklyn place to make your creative, social, and professional events come to life. Due to constant wear and tear, some of the furniture on the listing photos might be in repair or replaced. We are a lively German-speaking community housed in a neo-gothic church building in Chelsea, NYC. Our community members come from the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut). In our church you can celebrate a multitude of events, including weddings in English or German. The Church The neo-gothic building was built in 1897. The church is located on the second floor and can accommodate about 400 people in the nave. On our spacious balcony there are additional seats as well as an organ decorated with ornaments by the New York organ builder Jardine & Son from 1897. The altar, pulpit, reading desk and number plates come from the workshop Semmann Wagerin & Co., Milwaukee. The five picture windows of the altar room were made at the Munich Hofkunstanstalt Mayer & Co. and represent various aspects of the church year: the Birth of Jesus, …, the Crucifixion, the Ascension and the Whitsun miracle. The Community Hall A classic neo-gothic entrance portal leads into a versatile entrance area, which leads into a spacious, light-flooded room with original parquet flooring. Welcome up to 150 guests to a festive event in a warm atmosphere. Tables, chairs, projector and screen are available . The kitchen adjoining the hall has a comfortable design and makes it possible to arrange catering according to your requirements. The Surroundings The church is located in the middle of Chelsea, surrounded by traditional town houses, known as "Brownstones," as well as renowned restaurants, galleries and shops. A short walk will take you to the famous high-line. Hudson Yards is located close by. Chelsea Piers, as New York's "ultimate playground," offers versatile leisure and entertainment options.

Designed with the intent of providing high-end amenities inside a gritty unfinished Brooklyn loft, our space makes the perfect location for high-end productions and events that want a down to Earth feel. Studio 1, our main shoot space, hosts huge steel casement windows with opaque wire safety glass, rustic plank wood floors, rough brick and distressed plaster walls. Visitors often remark that it reminds them of old SoHo or Williamsburg before both areas became overly gentrified. Getting to us Located in the up and coming Sunset Park / Industry City area of Brooklyn, we’re five blocks from the 36t Street stop in the D and N/R trains. That's 4 or 5 stops from West 4th Street or Union Square. There’s also ample local parking if you want to drive. *Some items like equipment, PA, chairs, etc may require additional fees.

Included are all the amenities and services needed for a wide variety of photo/video shoots and events. Being centrally located in Manhattan makes it easy to attract clients to attend an event hosted here. This film friendly 1870 built historic Chinatown loft is 2,500 square feet of light filled living space and 4 exposures along with original wood beamed joist ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a private outdoor terrace, multiple sitting and entertaining spaces. This full floor home has original cast iron columns & exposed brick, a private keyed elevator, oversized living and dining spaces, entertaining area and Chef’s kitchen, a media area, a private outdoor terrace, the Master Suite as it has a huge custom walk in closet, large marble bath with tub, steam and rain shower and separate water closet. We’re a full-service photo studio rental space, conveniently located in Chelsea, NYC, right around the corner from Penn Station. We offer a quiet, private space with large north-facing windows that can be used for photoshoots, video, interviews, castings, private parties, and more. The space is clean, comfortable, and cozy. Our rates include everything you may need for your shoot: seamless paper, Profoto lighting kits, flash heads, umbrellas, softboxes, light stands, and more (see below). Should you need additional equipment, we have a large range of gear on-site available to rent for an additional fee. If you need a photographer, we can help you out with that too. We've worked with clients of all sizes and from all industries. We provide reliable service at a great value, flexible to your needs. While we work with many photographers, our studio space is flexible and is also used for private parties, meetups, castings, presentations, and more. Our space is a perfect venue for a unique and unforgettable event or conference. We offer a spacious and stunning environment that is original in every sense of the word. Built in 1916 by Edith Shepherd Fabbri, great granddaughter of Cornelius Vanderbilt, the mansion contains original Baroque and Italian Renaissance furnishings and boasts a 1,400 sq. ft. 16th century library. Half a block from Central Park and close to Museum Mile, the Mansion is ideal for both small intimate gatherings or larger events for up to 100 guests. We also have an outdoor space. A select group of approved catering companies can take care of all your culinary needs.

R O O F T O P THE ROOFTOP has one of the most unique views you'll ever see of the classic New York City backdrop from it's 7th floor Finished Rooftop. It has the advantage of looking West directly into the view of THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING and THE NEW YORKER . This amazing view can be the backdrop for your next production. ..see photos after the ROOF photos to see the holding space. It has a makeup station, full kitchen, and is in itself a 2200 sq. ft. shooting space. You get both of these spaces when you rent the ROOFTOP. NOTE: The freight elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the holding space is. From the 4th floor, all equipment there any equipment / people, etc will have to take the stairs 4 flights to the roof. We've had all sizes of productions through here from large commercials to smaller fashion shoots Note on the photos. Any photos showing construction towards the Empire State Building/New Yorker have been finished.
