Our community members come from the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut). In our church you can celebrate a multitude of events, including weddings in English or German. The Church The neo-gothic building was built in 1897. The church is located on the first floor and can accommodate about 200 people in the nave. On our spacious balcony there are additional seats as well as an organ decorated with ornaments by the New York organ builder Jardine & Son from 1897. The altar, pulpit, reading desk and number plates come from the workshop Semmann Wagerin & Co., Milwaukee. The five picture windows of the altar room were made at the Munich Hofkunstanstalt Mayer & Co. and represent various aspects of the church year: the Birth of Jesus, …, the Crucifixion, the Ascension and the Whitsun miracle. The Community Hall A classic neo-gothic entrance portal leads into a versatile entrance area, which leads into a spacious, light-flooded shared room with original parquet flooring. Welcome up to 150 guests to a festive event in a warm atmosphere. A high-quality piano and a screen are available for any purpose. The kitchen adjoining the hall has a comfortable design and makes it possible to arrange catering according to your requirements. The Surroundings The church is located in the middle of Chelsea, surrounded by traditional town houses, known as "Brownstones," as well as renowned restaurants, galleries and shops. A short walk will take you to the famous high-line. The visionary Hudson Yards project is located close by. Chelsea Piers, as New York's "ultimate playground," offers versatile leisure and entertainment options.

Originally built in 1902, this renovated carriage house features exposed brick walls with arches, wood beam ceilings, a backyard with maple trees and original details making it a perfect for editorial, advertising, and catalog work, as well as film and television. Two large skylights and Northern exposure fill the space with beautiful cinematic daylight. We also host communal gatherings and intimate events, please inquire about pricing for events. We do hourly, 1/2 day and full day rentals for video and photography. The loft has 22ft high factory ceilings with exposed piping. Original factory floor-to-ceiling windows span the east facing wall with a breataking view or Manhattan. The building was constructed in the early 1900s with all of the expected bushwick charm (graphitti, exposed cement floors and walls). Bathroom and dressing area available.

This space was built to host cooking classes and smaller intimate events where food is the focus. The natural light from our skylight makes photography in our space so desirable. Our dining room can host up to 25 people for a sit down dinner and 50 people standing. We normally have interactive events where people are encourage to explore the space and talk to the chefs. The cabinets are outfitted with platters, glassware, flatware, linens and tableware. Making it very easy to host any event here. The space transitions from day to night perfectly with our spot lights and lamps. Sonos is the sound system that runs throughout the space and is connected to a record player. The kitchen is outfitted with equipment that any chef would love to work in.
