All the the furniture in the photos are included and are available for use. Public bathroom with 3 stalls, 2 urinals. Also included is our 800 sf wooden deck, on an 1,800 sf. open roof.

New York | Bedford-Stuyvesant$150 per hour50A private vine-covered alley in Brooklyn that leads to 2,000 sqft (1,000sqft indoor-1,000 sqft outdoor) of unique raw open space. Originally built in 1902, this renovated carriage house features exposed brick walls with arches, wood beam ceilings, a backyard with maple trees and original details making it a perfect for editorial, advertising, and catalog work, as well as film and television. Two large skylights and Northern exposure fill the space with beautiful cinematic daylight. We also host communal gatherings and intimate events, please inquire about pricing for events. We do hourly, 1/2 day and full day rentals for video and photography. Please inquire for pricing, as it varies depending on the size of the shoot (number of cast/crew members), duration, etc. Please inquire for event pricing. Our event rates start at 250 per hr. Space is empty. Arrangements for furnishings must be made in advance. Guests must provide insurance and valid permits for all vendors. All trash must be removed at the end of each day. Site must be left as found. All rentals include set up and clean up time.

An open kitchen/living area, featuring custom finishes in anodized aluminum, polished concrete, and Carrara marble, opens onto a sunny garden with weathered brick walls and large pear tree. Exposed ceiling beams, antique random-width pine floors, and the original cooking hearth, now an oversized wood burning fireplace, warm the airy floor-through space. The master bedroom, comprising the entire top floor, features original heart pine floors, wood burning fireplace, soaring brick chimneys, and exposed roof beams fifteen feet overhead. Four oversized windows and a large remote-controlled skylight flood the soaring space with abundant natural light. New York | East Williamsburg$89 per hour30Our loft is big bright and beautiful. We hand selected furniture to fit in the space but all are welcome to rearrange for the purposes of your production. The loft has 22ft high factory ceilings with exposed piping. Original factory floor-to-ceiling windows span the east facing wall with a breataking view or Manhattan. The building was constructed in the early 1900s with all of the expected bushwick charm (graphitti, exposed cement floors and walls). Bathroom and dressing area available.

The artwork is predominantly painted by the hand of my late husband, Frank Mason, who was a prolific New York Painter. He was also a classical pianist with a Steinway that sounds incredible reverberating amongst the high wood beam ceilings and Persian rugs. Large expansive loft space that has been used for major motion picture film shoots, fashion week, TV pilots, small video and print shoots, fashion shoots for major cosmetic brands and on and on. Willing to work with up and coming film, Insta and other social media photo artists that need a private space to hone their craft as well. 12 foot ceilings abound and there is ample brick walls or all white walls for back drops. Largest wall runs 40 feet and is flat white. Wood flooring adds to the allure. Loft is furnished though lovingly minimalist. Wood beams and piping are also in sight.
