Our spacious screening room is a perfect low-key, casual space for offsite meetings, workshops, and film or photo shoots. Amenities include: seating for up to 40 (tables/chairs are non-fixed for a flexible set-up), 11-foot wide screen, hi-def projector, laptop hookup, A/V technician/event manager for the duration of your event, full floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural light (or optional blackout curtains), separate direct street level entry to screening room, and a large private restroom.

Measuring 1500 square feet with 12 foot ceilings, the space offers an open floor plan flooded with natural, soft, north-facing light and fabulous views of the Empire State building. ​ Equipped with a newly-renovated chef's kitchen, designer furniture, full bathroom, freight elevator, and WiFi connectivity. Included are all the amenities and services needed for a wide variety of photo/video shoots and events. Being centrally located in Manhattan makes it easy to attract clients to attend an event hosted here. We have a background in production, so we are available to help problem solve to help make your project run smoothly.

This unique 2000 + sq. ft space offers so much diversity with it's 25 foot ceilings, open floor plans, sky lights, loft areas, great acoustics, an incredible appointment of old foundry art, and a history that embraces all who enter the space. The space is designed for a flexible event format, perfect for presentations into networking into breakout sessions. If you’re planning on offering catering and bar, we work exclusively with the best in the city and we have the wonderful trained staff, too. There is no outside catering/bar allowed. A big advantage of this space is undoubtedly its location. The venue is very well connected with subway stops only meters away (line 4 and 6). Close to: Empire State Building Grand Central Station Penn Station Herald Square As an additional service, we work with amazing hotels in the area to offer special rates for guests. An AV tech is required to run the logistics at $75 hourly (3 hour min). Various extras are available to be booked in addition. An on-site manager at $50 hourly and a door greeter at $30 are required for all events.
