Comprised of a Multipurpose 3 room Warehouse Studio, and a separate Production Studio. Each rented separately, with the option of renting together.
Multipurpose Warehouse Studio
3 Rooms include:
1. Industrial Room
1300 sq. feet of open space with industrial vibe.
Equipped with a loading gate and numerous power outlets.
Features exposed brick wall with large windows with beautiful natural light.
2. White Room
There is also a 900 sq foot green room with 2 makeup stations and vanity mirrors with marquee bulbs. Additionally, there is a large spacious area perfect for changing room, Kraftie corner, prep area, etc.
3. Black Room
There is also a connected 800 sq. foot black room perfect for staging, taking photos, extra event space, rehearsals, etc.
Space is a 1000 sq feet and comes equipped with several desks/workstations, and a vanity mirror with marquee bulbs.
