The Space

USES: PHOTOSHOOTS / FILM SHOOTS LOCATION: Heart of Williamsburg, 5 blocks from Bedford L/ 1 block from the waterfront. SPACE: The space is a bright 1000 square-feet loft, with 12ft ceilings. It has a seperate and bright small bedroom, and an open fully equiped kitchen. The open nature of the space allows to suit many creative needs including photography, film. The unit is located on the 3rd floor. There is a FREIGH ELEVATOR available for use (must be scheduled 24hrs ahead of time and there is a fee of $30 each way, as we have to hire a professional to operate it). There is also a LOADING DOCK (must be scheduled 24hrs ahead of time). Ladder Wireless Sonos system Wi-Fi (***upon request) ____________________________ STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHER: Inquire for rates. equipment: professional CANON 1DX mark II (has 4K video) and professional lenses (CANON 50mm 1.2, 24-70mm 2.8, 16-35mm 2.8, 70-200mm 2.8) ____________________________ OUR SPACE RULES (which you agree to by booking): WALLS/FURNITURE: -we ask that you not touch or lean any equipment against our white walls, and are extremely careful with the custom leather couch: no makeup, no shoes, no sharp objects. -we have a beautiful jungle of rare expensive plants, they must not be touched or moved, they are very fragile. - we do not allow furniture to be moved unless you have received permission from us (contact us). -for ANY prop: contact us first to discuss if they are approved. FEE PER PERSON: 10$ per person (per booking) with a max of 15ppl allowed. SECURITY DEPOSIT: We normally require a $350 security deposit (payable via paypal/venmo at checkin) which will be returned to you at end of day after inspection of the space. Please note, If you are a small team, we can arrange for one of us to stay on set with you and waive the deposit. PREP/CLEANING FEE: $70 SHOOT/EVENT ONLY IN THE SPACE: -you have permission to shoot/hang out in the private loft space, not in common spaces (not in hallways/lobby or rooftop which all have security cameras.) RESIDENT HAIRLESS CAT: The studio is home to a small four legged resident named Peach: 100% human-toilet trained, 100% hairless, white little cat. He loves staying home and is very quiet. He can be included (if he is willing) in your shoot. https://www.instagram.com/thepeachnudes/ Clients tell us he is wonderful to have on set as he is very friendly (but he mostly sleeps right through bookings). Please note: we will not book a client who is not pet friendly, he is family. NOISE: -please be mindful of noise in hallways and in the space, we respect our quiet residential neighbors. MUSIC VOLUME: - music allowed at very moderate volume only. $350 PENALTY: no smoking, open flame allowed (no use of matches or lighters to light anything), or smoke machines. no substances on floor/surfaces: alcohol, glitter, wax, rose petals, confetti, sand, honey, oil etc. STRICT BOOKING SLOT: -Booking time slot includes your set-up, breakdown and making sure our space is back to exactly the way you found it at checkin. If you are running behind during your shoot and think you will go overtime, please let us know at least 30mins before your time is up, our fee for additional time is $100 p/hour (schedule permitting). NO SHOES: our space is a no shoe space as we have light rugs but we have space to store your shoes in our entrance! FOOD: if you wish to bring food into our space, please ask first. We are an eco-friendly/animal rights caring space.
