Discounts available for multiple use days and or booking needs. Please include details about your booking and size of crew in any inquiries Be sure to include set up and clean up time within your booking time slot Some Events Might Require Appropriate Third-party Insurances If serving alcohol, 21+ to book, host and have appropriate measures to ensure legal safety of guests per NYC state law. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Management charges a mandatory refundable security deposit upon arrival to venue. This is determined by type of event and liability if any given the nature of events. All deposits are signed off and refunded upon wrap-up of event. Management allows for venmo, paypal, chase bank deposit, chase quick pay, cashier check or money order. CLEANING: We have a mandatory cleaning fee which means you do not have to mop the floor, clean the bathroom, take out trash however please leave space in original condition - treat as your own. So when your event or shoot is over all trash must be in trash bags, empty or half used bottled, boxes, food in garage bags - if anything is moved kindly place back in original space. The cleaning fee is determined by # of guests: 25 Guests $125, 50 Guests $175, 80 Guests $225 OUTDOOR NOISE: For after-hours events please be mindful and respectful of the adjacent neighbors. CATERING: We have a variety of amazing local NYC/BK restaurants/bakery in our network of partners and can offer diverse catering/dining/meal plans for all kinds of events.
