Great for small to medium sized photoshoots, video shoots, classes, meetings and more. We are located in Jersey City Heights - A 25 minute drive from Midtown Manhattan and one block away from a bus stop that can take you directly to/from Port Authority and PATH trains. Plenty of yummy lunch and coffee shop options nearby. Street parking is readily available. Included in this rental: - Freshly painted Cyc Wall (12 ft wide x 24 ft long w/ 11ft ceiling) - 4 large skylights over cyc wall (rare!)- creating beautiful emanating light perfect for fashion photography - Need control of light? I can black out skylights upon request with 24 hour notice. - Client lounge area - divided by wall with a 55" TV that connects to your computer - This keeps clients comfortable and tuned into your photoshoot without taking up space on the stage - (1) 240V outlet *You will need to bring your own 240V extension chord* - Makeup station with 2 chairs - 5 C-Stands - 1 Heavy duty rolling stand - 2 4x8 V flats w/ white and black sides - 2 background stands - 10' & 5' scrims - Large conference table - Heavy duty cart - Large White rolling production table for transporting / table top shooting - Small white tech table for tethering / equipment management. - Full private bathroom w/ shower - Garage door access for large items - In-studio sink for quick cleanup - Set-building services and woodshop on-site (Please see notes below) - 2 mini refrigerators - Heat & A/C Please note: We have the capacity to build in our wood shop, in the rear of the studio.
