1910 Neighborhood Cinema with a Tropical Garden

This is an historic cinema house with a tropical garden 15 years in the making, we are an immersive art museum presenting a truly unique 360-degree painted panorama. Our garden is a living, breathing exhibit of tropical plants and exotic flowers that features a waterfall grotto for misting meditation, an ethereal fountain and a archaic gazebo. Rentals range from private birthday parties, wedding ceremonies and receptions, to full film shoot rentals. Our venue is comprised of five parts: -The neon marquee and historic theater facade. -The theatre space, including exhibits, stage, stadium seats, lobby and restrooms. -The garden featuring a grotto, fountain, gazebo, and foliage. -Backstage dressing room and computer access. -The parking lot, suitable for 3 vehicles and loading in equipment, for food trucks to park and serve, for large banquet dinning, for an extended dance floor and other such fancies. As a venue, we encourage you to choose caterers or vendors that suit your needs and desires. We offer a list of vendors by request who are familiar with our space and have proved successful in the past, but purely as a helpful suggestion. Although we only offer street parking for guests and attendees, valet services are available for hire in the neighborhood. We do allow alcohol to be served, though we require renters to have a hired bartender equipped with liquor liability insurance.
