This is a 2300 sqft lofty penthouse in the heart of the East Village. Light-flooded by huge windows and skylights; it is perfect for gatherings, photo shootings for not more than 50 people. Amenities: - 1.5 bathrooms - Large storage room (with brand new washer-dryer unit) - Open kitchen (12ft long butcher block countertop, brand new fridge-microwave-dishwasher, 2 ovens, oversized sinks) - Open space/living room (47x21ft) with LOTS of natural light and wall space; there is also a 5x8ft home theater projector, a baby-grand piano, 3 A/C units, currently waiting for a 100" wide Chesterfield leather couch, rattan hanging chair, bed/couch hanging from Manila ropes from ceiling made by me :) etc
