2600 Sq Ft commercial studio with full kitchen. We have a conference room available with TV connected to an AppleTV for streaming. Client area for setting up breakfast/lunch buffet. Large open space for customizing. Full Kitchen with a commercial refrigerator, 4 deep freezers. A great creative environment for meetings, castings, seminars, off-site meetings or planning/strategy sessions. The loft has great west light, high ceilings and open space adjacent to large kitchen. Includes: Wifi Restroom Tables (6 banquet - 2-6ft and 4- 5ft) Electric double ovens Gas cooktop large refrigerator 4 deep freezers
