The Space

I am happy to answer any question you may have, preferably new questions though that I haven’t thought of before! ;) Our Production and Meeting rate start from $79/hr. Event and Pop-up rate starts from $149/hr. The hourly rate will be charged by total amount of attendees. Please message us to get more details! This lovely space is a 3000 sqft. corner unit located in the heart of the Arts District. Our large amount of windows and skylights will make sure there is more than enough amount of natural sunlight to fill the space. This is a professional space dedicated to all types of activities, such as but not limited to photoshoots, film shoots, off-site meetings, workshops, pop-up store events, conferences, base camp setup .etc. As a creative studio, we encourage our guests to use their imaginations to utilize this space, so please feel free to move things around the space. however, the most important space rule I wish every guest could honor: If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you move it, put it back. If you break it, fix it. (or notify me please) If you make a mess, clean it up. this is all I asked. simple and easy. Alright, let's go through goodies that will be included in your booking. - 18ft x 14ft x 14ft (L x D x H) cyclorama wall. Color change is upon request. - Full-size bar set - Ground floor for easy access and equipment loading with rolling door. - Large floor-to-ceiling windows - Man-cave style room with bookshelves filled with decorative books, props, and a chesterfield leather couch perfect for Photoshoots, Interviews, Talent Dressing Room, Game Nights, Gatherings, and Intimate Events. - Mid-century inspired make-up room with vanity mirror(deemable) - 15 ft ceiling - High-Speed Internet (Wi-Fi 6 READY!) - Bluetooth Speaker - Central AC/Heater inside the unit - Keurig k-cup Coffee Machine (k-cups provided upon request) - Beautiful assorted plants that you can (carefully please) move around and use on set. - Moveable Industrial style wardrobe rack (Yep, it's on wheels) - Steamer for wardrobe. HOST Rules Please be upfront with what you're looking to do. If you are interested in utilizing the space for meetings, workshops, films, music videos, advertising campaigns, or events it is all possible. I'm happy to schedule you for a site visit depending on space availability. I'm sure a lot of us want to feel the space out before booking, so just reach out to me and I'll add you to the books! Please include the following: - Total number of cast & crew - Desired date(s) - Exact hours you will need, including load-in/load-out, setup, and tear-down OK, let's go through some general rules of this space. -Alcohol Usage Fee $200. - NO SMOKING inside the space. smoke inside the space will be fined $500 - Alcohol usage within the space is upon request. An additional deposit may be required since our carpets, cyclorama wall area, and walls are very sensitive to color stains. - No glitter, confetti, flour, chalk, etc ($600 cleaning fee will be applied.) Usage of smog machine is upon request. - No filming or keeping equipment outside of the studio space in the common areas such as the sidewalk, loading area etc. - Leave space as you found it. We welcome all guests to use their imagination to alter the setup, but please put them back when you finish. (An additional $300 charge will be applied if furnitures are not put back to their original spot) -Cleaning fee will be one hour of the actual booking rate. - Your setup and clean-up have to be within your booking period. The starting time you've booked here might be landing exactly right after the other group's booking period as there is no way to put a buffer in between booking here. Please ASK to confirm. -Overtime: Please note that overtime is billed at 1hr increments at 2.5x the hourly rate. No exceptions.
