I'm a fashion and portrait photographer and this is my studio space. I rent the space mainly to photo/video productions, but allow select events/parties that are looking for a unique venue. The Space

Contact us for custom pricing on small productions or events. *** Our recently renovated 1914 era coffee roasting facility is now a unique, 3200 sq. ft. old school-style NYC photo studio. Designed with the intent of providing high-end amenities inside a gritty unfinished Brooklyn loft, our space makes the perfect location for high-end productions and events that want a down to Earth feel. Studio 1, our main shoot space, hosts huge steel casement windows with opaque wire safety glass, rustic plank wood floors, rough brick and distressed plaster walls. Visitors often remark that it reminds them of old SoHo or Williamsburg before both areas became overly gentrified. Studio Amenties: * Elevator and awesome 1950’s era conveyer belt that loads in directly from loading dock * Brand new professional kitchen with gas range * Studio controlled spiral duct heat/ac * 5G high speed internet * Bose sound system * Projector, PA system* Photo/Film Specific Amenities: * Loads of new Profoto lighting and grip* * Spacious double-seat makeup mirror * Tables, chairs and other productions needs* * Separate coffee pantry for craft services Need more space? Studio 2, our smaller 1300 sq. ft. studio space, can be added for large events or serve as a staging, client or equipment storage space for producitons. Getting to us Located in the up and coming Sunset Park / Industry City area of Brooklyn, we’re five blocks from the 36t Street stop in the D and N/R trains. That's 4 or 5 stops from West 4th Street or Union Square. There’s also ample local parking if you want to drive. *Some items like equipment, PA, chairs, etc may require additional fees.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

Currently, as of June 8th, 2020, we are accepting bookings on a limited basis. Guests are required to wear face masks at all times (unless they're on camera), and crew should respect social distancing guidelines. We have hand sanitizer, masks, gloves, and CDC-approved cleaning supplies on hand. We clean the studio thoroughly before and after each booking. We are open to all kinds of productions and events, but we prioritize bookings based on what we feel is best for the space. Please include a detailed description of your production or event in your inquiry. PRICING - Rates vary depending on the use (production, event, meeting, pop-up, etc.) and only include fees for the rental of the space. Additional fees required for tables, chairs, A/V equipment, etc. Rates may also differ for the hours between 10pm and 7am. FOOD/DRINK/CATERING - For photo/film productions, we offer complementary coffee and water in our pantry. If you’re hosting an event, please contact us regarding our catering requirements. EQUIPMENT - For photo/film shoots, the studio rental include 2 c-stands, 2 v-flats, 2 full apple boxes. All other equipment is additional. Personal equipment is allowed. All productions using our equipment must place a credit card on file in case of accidental damage. VIDEO - Additional $75 for half day and $150 a full day if using continuous lighting. CLEANING - Depending on the nature of your production/event, an additional fee for removal of garbage or set building materials may apply. Ask for details.
