The Space

Unique and very quiet two levels open private studio in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn, conveniently located one block away from the Greenpoint Ave. stop on the G train (India Street exit). Indoor space is a multilevel space with 1300 sq/ft in total with a maximum ceiling height of 13ft, access to private bathroom and kitchen. Large windows provide substantial natural lighting. The second floor has access to a 1000 sqft private rooftop with unique views of Manhattan and Greenpoint. Greenpoint has a wide selection of all kind of restaurants within less than 10 minutes walk ( excellent vegan restaurant literally 10 steps far from our studio ). We also offer a selection of the best delivery restaurants to all our clients.

Prices shown in this ad are for weekday photo/video shoots - indoor space rental only. We apply additional 15% fee for weekend rentals. Minimum hourly price for events $225/hour Minimum hourly price for off-site meetings and workshops $120/hour Rent our space per hours or ask us about our packages and enjoy a good discount in case you are considering to use our space multiple times within the next few months. We also offer a "flash booking" discount (within 72 hours prior to the event) and "super flash booking" discount (within 24 hours prior to the event), for last minute bookings. Just ask us! For events after 5pm door guy is mandatory and it will be charged as a separate fee. We work with our own events administrator/door guy. It's an additional fee of $40 per hour. For events before ending before 5pm, events administrator on site is mandatory and it will be charged as a separate fee. It's an additional fee of $25 per hour.
