The space is open, clean and bright 530 sqft Spacious living space. 10' high ceiling. Large windows, Skylight, Furnitured and a a lot of plants, Projector and speakers are installed. There is balcony approx 150sqft. The space is large but the possible number of guests is 20 guests max.

Cleaning fee $25 You can set up table and chairs what you want. but please put them back when you are done. About insurance, When something is damaged you must pay for the damages in full. My house ask to take off your shoes in the house.
