This is a multi-level, multi-use, flexible, and versatile space for various types of short and long-term events. The location is nestled in the heart the Flatiron District, just steps away from Madison Square Park, The Flatiron Building & across the street from Eataly. The main floor contains roughly 2,500 square feet of multi purpose event space including an elevated mezzanine/stage area as well as an outdoor balcony. The main floor decor is that of an industrial or rustic vibe with it's abundance of exposed brick, high ceilings, and original woodwork. The cellar of the flat is an additional 2,500 square feet of multi use space containing a changing room, green room, storage space, massive prep area, and terrace for guest to gather some fresh air or just enjoy the artwork. ***In regards to catering, you are more than welcomed to bring in your own or use my preferred vendor.
