CERTIFICATE OF LIABILTY INSURANCE In the event WPC and Venue reasonably determines it necessary, the CLIENT shall furnish evidence of commercial liability insurance coverage to WPC in the amount of (i) US One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate (by primary or umbrella coverage) for commercial general liability coverage, (ii) US One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate for property damage coverage, (iii) worker’s compensation statutory coverage, and any additional coverage as necessary or requested by WPC, which shall include naming WPC and the Venue as “additional” insured(s) on such policy. All outside vendors are required to furnish evidence of insurance naming WPC and the Venue as additionally insured. Specifics to be provided. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A damage deposit may be required dependent upon the extent of the nature of the production and elements of the event. DÉCOR AND/OR EVENT SIGNAGE Client is responsible for complying with any applicable laws, regulations, or permitting requirements in regard to décor or signage. Please note that decorations may not involve penetrating walls. Nothing may be affixed to the walls or ceiling without prior authorization from the Venue. Live candles are discouraged. Propane use indoors is strictly prohibited. Event signage within the venue’s four walls is permitted, as long as self supported. Event signage in public, exterior or common areas must be approved by venue. Vendors and suppliers may enter the facility no sooner than 3 hours prior to scheduled beginning time of your event unless other arrangements have been made prior to your Event date. We assume no responsibility for damages or loss of articles in the Venue prior to, during, or following your Event. ENTERTAINMENT/MUSIC All entertainment must follow Venue guidelines for noise level, video components and lighting design. Doors on north side are to be closed by 5pm for amplified music so as to be respectful of our neighbors. FIRE MARSHALL Fire marshall approval may be necessary depending on layout, guest count and production elements. INTERNET ACCESS Basic Wi-Fi access will be provided up to (5) users for production and coordination purposes. Upgraded Wi-Fi/internet capabilities are available through Vox Productions. LEFT ITEMS The Venue is not responsible for property (including, without limitation, equipment, supplies, written material(s) and/or other items or property) brought onto or stored on the Venue’s premises by the Client or its guests, vendors, exhibitors or attendees, and it is the responsibility of the Client to obtain or maintain any insurance coverage on such property. Accordingly, the Client agrees that it will be the Client’s responsibility to provide security of any such aforementioned items and hereby assumes the responsibility for the loss thereof. The Client shall give written notice of this policy to all vendors, exhibitors or attendees that are to utilize function space in the Venue in connection with the Client’s function. Items left after 48hrs of event completion will be considered unwanted and abandoned and are subject to being discarded or given away. LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT Load-in and load-out of your event will be coordinated by the Venue. The alley on the north side may not be blocked at any given time, without prior coordination, as it is shared access for deliveries with our neighbors. PARKING AND DIRECTIONS Parking fees will be applicable at an additional cost to Client. Communication with the Venue’s Parking Partners will occur via the Venue. Actual cost and lot location(s) may vary, and will be confirmed 30 days prior to the event. All events are required to share a guest arrival/departure plan to Venue. As several arrival options are available, coordinate your guest arrivals and departures via Venue staff to assure a seamless experience. POWER All power needs will be provided by VOX Productions. House power (outlets) is available for any needs that do not require a dedicated circuit. Client must provide a complete list of all equipment and power needs which will be verified by VOX Productions to assure success in your event. SECURITY One security guard per (50) guests at a minimum is required by local authorities. Security may be coordinated by the Venue or the Client may provide. All outside vendors must meet the requirements outlined below as well as provide a certificate of liability insurance. A detailed security plan is required. Firearms, knives, matches, pepper spray and lighters are prohibited and will be confiscated. STAFF/PRODUCTION MEALS Outside food and beverage is not allowed. All meals including those on set-up and strike days must be provided by WPC. STORAGE On-site storage is not available. All deliveries and removal of items are to be made within the Client’s contracted venue access hours. VEHICLE DISPLAYS Vehicle displays, based on Fire Marshall approval and compliance with any and all regulations, are allowed. VENDORS Venue maintains an in-house production team (VOX Productions), which can provide comprehensive production services (i.e. lighting, audio-visual, fabrication, & staging). A preferred vendor list for all other services and event planning (i.e. décor, rentals, entertainment, etc.) is available. Decorations or other assets brought to Venue by Client shall be the sole responsibility of Client and are subject to approval by Venue and WPC. In addition the Client will be required to provide layouts and timelines for all event production. All production materials must conform to local Fire Department regulations and Venue regulations. VOX PRODUCTIONS Venue maintains an in-house production team, which can provide comprehensive production services (i.e. lighting, audio-visual, fabrication, & staging). Vox Productions is exclusive for all rigging and for use of any in-house equipment including the house sound and lighting systems.
