The Space

Our venue is available for corporate events, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, meet-up's, bridal showers, paint & sip's, seminars, baby showers, themed parties, movie/web series on-site location(if it requires a bar scene), holiday parties, club/community organization meetings, music listening party, product launch party, work shop, etc. Our venue is a quaint chic place showcasing a distinct decor with beautiful artwork on the walls, high ceilings with great ceiling fans, nice lighting, 3 TV's (ability to plug into TV to do power point presentation), couches, lounge chairs, tables with chairs. The main bar sits 6 chairs with the side bar/ledge seating an additional 5 chairs. There are 7 tables with a total seating of 14 seats in which tables can be removed to give you more space for dancing. All furniture can be arranged to accommodate your event (But must be put back in original space at end of night). The couch seats 6 and the lounge chairs seat 4 with a standing room of 10-20 people. The capacity is 70. There is a sound system for bar music through CD's and usb port. One speaker for a DJ so there is no need for them to bring a speaker. There is a ramp available to accommodate wheel chair accessibility with a large restroom also to accommodate wheelchair accessibility. It's definitely a place that you must come and see for yourself to get the feel of the space. We also provide a refrigerator, stove, steamer and ice machine if need be at no additional cost.

SECURITY: Security will be mandatory for certain events and will be charged a separate fee. The cost for this fee is $30/hour. INSURANCE: There is a separate fee for event insurance and the cost will be from $100-160 depending upon event. Fee is due when deposit is given. Or you can obtain the insurance yourself at www.progressive.com/special-event-insurance
