THE STUDIO The Studio is a creative space located in the East Williamsburg area of New York, offering 700 sq ft of production space for various shoots and creative projects. The Studio features 12' high ceilings, two large windows facing southeast that provide natural light all day, black-out capabilities, smooth white walls for versatile shoot concepts, and a wardrobe rack with a steamer. It also includes two restrooms, a refrigerator, a microwave, a lounge area, full makeup vanity with seating, private studio internet wifi, seasonal props, available furniture, and an office table area. STUDIO RENTAL The Studio is available for rent for full-day, half-day, and hourly rentals for various types of productions, including photo shoots, filmed interviews, commercials, online business production shoots, and Zoom online productions such as dance, food, podcast, and health wellness/yoga classes. It is also available for art and craftwork projects, wellness, and sound bath sessions—brands such as Sony Records, Atlantic Records, Snapchat, Wilhelmina, and more. LOCATION & ACCESS Located in the vibrant neighborhood of East Williamsburg, the Studio is close to restaurants, food markets, delis, bars, and nightlife. It is within walking distance of public transportation, including the L train and several bus lines. The building provides a weekday freight elevator for easy access to the Studio, and free street parking is available. The project manager should arrange studio pickups for sets, props, and furniture at the end of production or with the studio manager the next day.
