Amazing Backyard/Pool and extra bonus room

This very versatile indoor/outdoor area is great for photo shoots, film shoots, meetings, yoga classes, you name it! The pool has a shelf entry on one end (about 10 inches deep) surrounding the hot tub, it then jumps down to about 3 feet and slopes further to about 8 feet. It can be heated, depending on time of year, we may charge extra for pool heating. The outdoor living room is also available to use including the TV and fireplace. The TV is equipped with an Apple TV and DirecTV at the moment. The enclosed converted garage area is equipped with a TV as well that has DirecTV installed. The enclosed area is great for a changing area for photo shoots or video village for a tv shoot. One bathroom on site. Parking is available approx 3 spots in driveway, as well as NON permitted street parking that is readily available. Our location has an extra wide gate that makes it easy to load unload an gear or props you may have. It is on the street level, so no stairs or obstacles. If you have any more questions let me know!
