Hello I am an avid Pasadena historian who has been in the film location and event business for over 20 years. As of October 2021 Spacler approved our property for rental you will be some of the first renters from this site! I love the creativity of the industry and know how important it is to be kind to your neighbors so.that you can have a respectful relationship in regards to booking shoots. I dont book too many events but a themed one or paranormal one would be great so if you have something fun in mind check us out for that. Thank you
