Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles' fashion district. Reasonably priced parking lots nearby as well as free street parking after 6pm. Loft-like space with modern decor. Additional features include kitchen, bar area and lounge seating as well as loading dock, freight elevator and storage rooms.
