This spacious 10,000sq ft second floor industrial loft with restrooms providing a ton of natural light coming in through its Eastern & Western facing, floor to ceiling windows. The location is in the middle of DTLA's Fashion district just a few blocks away from the famous Santee Alley, which gives you options to which you can explore the heart and soul of one of Los Angeles' most busiest areas. ******PLEASE READ!!!****** The given REGULAR times are (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-7PM) are the available hours that this loft is available. ALL BOOKINGS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF THE AVAILABLE TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO A RATE OF $90/HOUR. 110 Electricity is provided. Restrooms are available. If inquiring about booking under the 2 hour minimum. A premium total of $95 will be charged per hour under 2 hours. e.g. 1 hour = $95 Also inside the unit: - make up station - clothing rack, - 10 foldout chairs - changing station - lounge furntire in foyer entrance - lighting props - extra large ottoman - rugs Studio rentals available. Pls inquire -Sony a7ii with primes, softboxes, alienbee db 800 flash units, continuous lighting, seamless backdrops

Health & Safety Policy

We wear disposable gloves and masks to clean and disinfect. Practice routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces using disinfectant and soap and water. More frequent cleaning and disinfection may be required based on level of use.
