Artist's lake house 1.5 acre nature retreat with spectacular water and forest views of 60 acre nature reserve (just minutes outside NYC). Complete privacy with no other homes in sight. Has successfully been used for films, commercials, documentaries, photo shoots, wedding photography, music videos, events, etc.   ALL rentals include use of a separate entrance basement with lounge/full kitchen/bathroom (perfect for wardrobe, hair, makeup, etc.) Huge 1/2 acre front lawn for when you need lots of space and a studio won't do. Electricity is available throughout the property and is included with all bookings. Currently the property is available for outside use only.  But we are flexible so ask us- the kitchen has been included on some bookings for example. An artist's home with natural sunlight drenched rooms, arty, eclectic furnishings and original contemporary paintings, fireplace, baby grand piano.  California vibe. + 15 minutes drive from The Bronx + 35 minute drive from Midtown + 35 minutes train from Grand Central + 5 minute taxi from Metro North local train station + Very easy in & out access to property and just minutes from 95 or Hutchinson Parkway (via NY State Route 125) + Long circular driveway.
