Recently renovated, this loft features continuous natural light, central air conditioning, state of the art modern kitchen appliances and a full bathroom with a custom walk-in shower featuring a waterfall shower head. Ceilings are over 18ft with a functional and attractive industrial feel. The space is perfect for headshots, interviews, ecom, product, lookbook, workshops, castings, & promotional shoots. This is not a sound stage. 2400 sq ft open layout studio space split over 3 floors. The downstairs main shooting area has 12' ceilings, exposed brick and concrete walls with an industrial undertone. Upstairs has polished concrete floors with 18' ceilings. Fully equipped, it includes over 50 options of 9' Seamless paper rolls, conference table, lounge area, and 200" projector with surround sound entertainment system. Photo equipment from Hasselblad, Phase One, Profoto, Broncolor, Kino Flo, Elinchrom, and more available for rent. All in house rentals include usage of house grip stands, sand bags, and apple boxes (no lighting/camera). This includes over 20 C-Stands, V flats, and seamless. Production team including hair, makeup, styling, assisting, photography, and digital retouching services on call. Direct access to the unit from the first floor makes loading and unloading exteamly easy. *Productions have access to all of the interior space and negotiable access to the courtyard.
