This is the best patio space on the beach and has hosted hundreds of photo shoots, and tons of enjoyment from this oceanfront lifestyle. The price starts very low so it is affordable for everyone to experience this! $50/hour plus $5/hour per person. Great for small weddings, video/photo/ shoots, meetings, or just experiencing Life on the beach! Fire up the BBQ grill, hit the beach, capture killer sunset views from the best spot on the Strand in Manhattan Beach. We have a volleyball and direct access to beach volleyball court, surfboard, boogie board, and more. A bar is set up in the 300 sq.ft. studio with full refrigerator, bathroom, and room to enjoy the beach and ocean views from inside or outside.
