A 1900 restored schoolhouse only 65 miles from NYC, the area offers many wonderful things: beautiful open rolling hills, dairy farms, apple orchards, farmers markets, and wineries-lovely to drive or bike through and take home some local produce! The area also boasts antique stores, great restaurants, a bowling alley, two great Drive-In movie theaters, many golf courses, world-class disc golf course, yoga studios, hang gliding, lake swimming, rafting/canoeing on the Delaware River, and hiking.

The Space

This 2,300 sf 1900 historic, unique, and beautiful Schoolhouse has been completely lovingly gut renovated. It's 18 foot tall windows and 26 foot high ceilings let in marvelous, beautiful light. With a modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms, huge dining table, outdoor patio, and huge acre backyard your family or group will luxuriate in peace and tranquility. It is a unique space like no other. The space has been thoughtfully and personally decorated with unique pieces from our travels to India and Burma.
