The Space
This beautiful brick studio and event space in located on the street level of a two story brick building, with high ceilings & plenty of natural light coming through the large storefront glass that look out onto the main road. The space consists of a large open floor plan design, perfect for photos shoots, video shoots, group classes, seminars, meetings, and private events; a private office/studio, kitchenette, and two restrooms, for a total of 2,200 sqft of usable space. The front entrance is accessible from the street, and the rear entrance opens onto a small covered patio and parking lot that can be accessed for load-in and load-out only. For parking, there is street parking only. Street parking is free and generally not an issue, however we encourage all guests to Uber or Lyft if possible. No smoking, fire, glitter, or confetti allowed inside the building. There is no amplified music or loud noise allowed past 10 PM. Any live music requires approval, and is allowed on a case by case basis only. Outside catering is permitted. Events must end by 12AM. No one under 21 years of age when alcohol is being served unless accompanied by a legal guardian. If your events requires tables and chairs, you can bring your own or rent through us. We also offer a private outdoor patio space for rent. The patio comes with tables, chairs, and heat lamps. Inquire for more details. If capacity is exceeded we will charge $30/person charge over the allowed limit, and shut down the door if necessary. All bookings require a $200 cleaning fee and a refundable $500 security deposit to cover any potential damages and overage. All deposits will be refunded within 72 hours or less from the close of the event or production. Looking to add something special to your event?
