A historic home in the East Bay hills that has beautiful indoor spaces, outdoor patios and decks, a swimming pool and surrounded by giant redwoods and ornamental trees. Perfect for a photo shoot or video/movie production. There is access to several different outdoor spaces, multiple balconies, a large cathedral living room, circular stairway, 1930's tiled bathrooms, and even a log cabin. All surrounded by old brick and stone. An authentic European villa without having to go to Europe!

Cleaning fee of $50/hr with a maximum of $250/day. Cleaning fee can be waved for photo shoots, video productions, and business meetings if clients keep site clean. For swimming in pool and/or spa, an additional $100/hr will be charged.
