Beautiful, Multipurpose Event Space in LA

My space has lots of parking options. The street it is on has very cheap meter parking that is free after 6pm. Also many $5 parking lots on the street. It is street level and the front wall is all glass as you enter there are many areas to hang art of your choice if you are having an art show or there will be wonderful original artwork on the walls as you walk in and into the first room of the space. This room is more intimate. Tall ceilings throughout the space. One side has a clean modern white brick wall. One large nice bathroom. Then you enter the larger section in the back that is a big open space that allows for many different kinds of set up's. There is a big metal roll up door in the back and access to that area if you have larger items you want to bring through the back. Also there is a door in the back you can leave open during an event for people to smoke outside if needed. You can rent the smaller room, bigger area or both together. This space is great for an art show, charity event, workshop, film screening, photoshoots, classes, office party, live music event, DJ event, dinner party, yoga space, Pop Up Shop, build space, day workspace, experience space, workout class space, spiritual healing space, fashion show and much much more!
