A contract must be signed to lease the space prior to accepting. A certificate of insurance and deposit are required. A stage manager will be on site at all times during your special event. TH!S Warehouse reserves the right to provide security services through our preferred licensed vendor at an additional charge. We provide one full 4-yard dumpster per event. We can arrange an additional dumpster pick up for a $100 fee. All waste must be bagged and placed in dumpster. All construction, set, or stage materials must be hauled at the end of your event. Is the site gated and secure? – Yes. The property is surrounded by a chain link fence and the interior space is locked with a motion detector security system in place.
