Our warehouse is a flexible space built for you. We are centrally located just off the 5-freeway next to the Los Angeles River in Frogtown/Silverlake. Our space offers over 9,000 square feet of open warehouse, office and creative space fully equipped to bring your next production to life. Our location includes one large warehouse space with built in 3 wall cyc, an additional space with bar, sound system, and overlooking loft, an outdoor patio with picnic tables and heating lamps, three unisex bathrooms, one VIP or green room, one hair and wardrobe room, a kitchenette and optional dirt parking lot and additional restroom trailer. Perfect for corporate events, private special events, charity balls, auctions, fashion shows, gallery exhibits, theater performances, film screenings or weddings. Our team is ready and waiting to accommodate your needs. We have had the pleasure of hosting some of the biggest names around! A contract must be signed to lease the space prior to accepting. A certificate of insurance and deposit are required. A stage manager will be on site at all times during your special event. TH!S Warehouse reserves the right to provide security services through our preferred licensed vendor at an additional charge. We provide one full 4-yard dumpster per event. We can arrange an additional dumpster pick up for a $100 fee. All waste must be bagged and placed in dumpster. All construction, set, or stage materials must be hauled at the end of your event. No set materials or garbage can be left onsite after wrap, no exceptions. Frequently Asked Questions Are trailers and trucks allowed? - Yes. Pets allowed? Yes, with handlers present at all times. Child-talent allowed? - Yes Generator allowed? - Yes Furniture/wall art movement allowed? - Yes, everything must be returned to original place. Wifi speed? - Hi Speed Mobile/cellular network reception? - Yes Can you record clean dialogue? - Yes Is the surrounding area noisy? - No, there is considerable sound proofing in windows. How much power is available? - 600 AMPS total How many bathrooms do you have? - Two indoor bathrooms and One outside bathroom with a shower. Is there dedicated space available for hair & makeup? Yes What is the natural light like? - Windows are covered with sound proofing and blackout drapes. Can be removed upon request for an additional fee. Can we shoot in all areas of property including exterior spaces? - Yes How many parking spots available? – Around 20 on asphalt driveway and another 50 in a huge dirt lot. Is the site gated and secure? – Yes. The property is surrounded by a chain link fence and the interior space is locked with a motion detector security system in place.
