The Space

5 Bedroom, 5 bathroom estate in the heart of Beverly Hills. Walking distance from rodeo drive. Fully furnished home that can all be used during event. Tennis court, heated pool/ jacuzzi, gazebo, and game room. Wonderful home for any production or day event. We do not accept events that are late at night with music past 10 pm as this is a residential area. We do not book prom parties or events of this sort. We have person limit of 200, but prefer about 150 guests. In addition, if you have over 25 guests, we ask that you pay a $50/ person for each guest after 25.
