The Space

Authentic Mid Century Modern home in Beverly Hills, near Coldwater Canyon, available for photo shoots, filming and other production events. Built in 1956 on a lot of almost one acre, this sublime mid century home has one of the most breathtaking panoramic city views of Los Angeles you will ever find. The street is a dead end so it is extremely quiet, the view, which spans from Downtown LA to the Getty Center, is unobstructed and the entire property is unoverlooked thanks to its perfect location and orientation as well as the steepness of the hill it is on. This home offers a very nice outdoor space with two separate patios on each side of the pool. Strong heaters and a jacuzzi to keep you warm. WE ONLY OFFER ACCESS TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE, NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE HOUSE EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING ROOMS: The garage will be available to set up equipment/ makeup and dressing area as well as a large bathroom containing one toilet and one shower with all the necessary products at your convenience. Soft beverages can be prepared at your request during the booking and a Nespresso coffee machine will also be available! Our objective is for you to have the most efficient and productive time at our place while giving you all the amenities needed for you to enjoy your time here in hopes that you will come back for future projects!
