This light filled corner loft is perfect for photo shoots, music videos, and film productions. Tucked away in Clinton Hill with the kind of factory windows you'll never find in Manhattan, our 1000 sq ft studio can adapt to all your needs. The open space consists of a large kitchen counter that can be transformed into a hair and makeup vanity station, a small lounging area, a private walk-in bathroom, a large dining room table that seats up to 10, and 14 foot ceilings. On site black and white foam boards can create make-shift private dressing rooms for models and talent. Plants and art can be used as props (with permission) to add some extra color to your shoot. For an additional fee, the sprawling rooftop can offer you unmatched skyline views. Notable recent projects include the grammy award winning band, A Great Big World, and a high profile shoot for the fashion magazine, Homme. CONVENIENCE Located 7 minutes from the Myrtle-Willoughby G stop and steps from the B38 bus line, this space is as convenient as it gets. There are a variety of restaurants, cute cafes, delis, grocery stores, as well as a Duane Rede within three blocks.
