The Space

This is a recently renovated and spacious 1046 sq ft loft studio with an outstanding view of the Manhattan skyline. The freight elevator onsite is available 24/7 as long as prior notice is given. Multiple colored seamless paper is available. We have tech green (green screen), black, grey, blue, red and yellow currently available. We also allow for clients to supply their own colors to our wall-mounted system (9 ft). All common contact surfaces and amenities are cleaned, disinfected, and wiped before and after each booking. Safe, approved disinfecting sprays are also regularly utilized to mitigate spread of germs.
