Ideal for: Photo and video shoots Meetings, art and crafting classes (Seating/table options available, 8ft standing work table and 41x41 rolling work table) Dance, exercise or yoga classes Our space is meant to be as flexible as possible so your endeavors aren’t restricted. RATES: $70/hr $45/ half hour for additional time (Set up and wrap time counts as part of rental time so please account for those when scheduling) ////////////////////// PLEASE READ: COVID-19 RULES AND REGULATIONS Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have updated our rules and regulations to allow for bookings to resume. Please review all changes and make us aware of any questions or concerns you have before your booking. If these rules are not followed, you will be asked to leave and your money will not be refunded. CLEANING The studio will be cleaned and sanitized before and after your rental. Cleaning supplies are also in short supply and often sold at a premium. These are the reasons we have increased our cleaning fee. NUMBER OF RENTERS The maximum number of renters allowed will be TEN (10) until further notice. This is to keep your exposure, as well as ours, to a minimum. WEARING MASKS When you are using the studio, please ensure that all members of your production wear masks whenever possible. Please bring your own mask. This includes talent when they are not in front of the camera. WATER AND KITCHEN As per the CDC’s reopening guidelines, kitchen amenities, including water cooler, refrigerator, and coffee pot, will be off limits to renters. Please bring your own refreshments. We have included a list of our favorite local coffee shops and restaurants should you need to order food or make a coffee run. FURNITURE Please limit the furniture you use to the metal rolling tables and black metal chairs/stools in the studio area. DO NOT dismantle the lounge or desk area.
