The Space

Great for all kind of shoots ( look-books, campaign, e-comm) and possible showroom space for short term rentals. Can also host video projects, small conferences, and dance rehearsals. Charming 1200sqft studio, that can be coupled to a 1100sqft open living space and conference room for larger projects. Harwood floors, boutique feel, pillars. A real New York loft run by a fashion photographer, that we are putting at disposition of other creatives in New York city.

Rate if for the Studio Part of the Loft. Comes with C-Stands, Clothes rack and Steamer Backdrop available at 50USD/pull. Freight elevator on premises. Photography equipment available (extra) depending on you needs, all new Broncolor equipment. Please tell us what you need and we will find a package that suits you! For bookings of the entire space, price will vary depending on the usage. Full day at 2100 and hourly at 225. Visits are possible by appointment.
