The following equipment and amenities are included in the hourly rate: FiOS Wireless High Speed Internet, Fully Equipped Kitchen w/ plenty of counter-top space for catering, 50"" LED 4K LG TV, 8' x 4' wall-mounted white board in upstairs loft, Printer/Scanner/Copier, Keurig Coffee Maker w/ coffee and tea pods (makes single servings; milk and sugar provided), Restrooms in unit, on main floor, (2) 6-foot white table w/ power strip attached, (4) 2-foot white square high table 16 chairs (8 for low tables, 8 for high tables) and 26 modular, stackable foam cushions (24"" x 24"" x 17""), **all tables can be written on with white board markers**, Disposable earplugs, 300 sq. ft. rooftop deck, (3) 2-foot wooden tables with (6) chairs on the rooftop deck, and SONOS Surround Sound System. Additional charges will be added for cleaning.
