The Space

Bright, sunny ground floor loft with its own private street entrance for photo and video production. Music is allowed, but must be kept to a reasonable working volume, where you can still converse comfortably. 10 folding chairs ($2 per) 2 6ft folding tables ($10 per) Located one block from the Grand St L train. Near tons of bars, restaurants, rental companies, and more, with a deli on the corner. Plenty of street parking in the area, with spots always available mornings, nights, and weekends. Rules: By booking your production, you agree to the following rules. You are responsible for ensuring your invitees adhere to these rules and for enforcing them both within the space and outside for the duration of your booking. Please read and affirm the following: Noise (including music) will be kept to a low volume. You may not bring your own speakers. Live instruments are not permitted. No smoking or illegal activity. No alcohol may enter the space—even as a prop. There is a $500 fine for drinking in or around the space, and your production can be immediately ended. No open flames. Permits: If you plan on any of the following you MUST have a permit. Productions with equipment* packages [*“Equipment” is defined as anything more than hand-held camera, camera on tripod or hand-held items (such as bounce-boards, boom mics, etc.)], production vehicles requesting parking privileges (excluding personal cars, mini-vans, SUVs and pick-up trucks), asserting exclusive use of City property or blocking streets and sidewalks, prop weapons, prop vehicles, actors in police or emergency response uniform or stunts on set must apply for a required permit. Insurance required for the above. More info: https://www1.nyc.gov/site/mome/permits/when-permit-required.page You agree to be present at the start and end of your booking for a walk-through, and that unless agreed upon prior to the booking, your invitees may not enter the space until you are present. You understand someone may be present in the space in a separate office. You agree rescheduling is possible at our discretion. The rescheduling fee is listed in the Add-Ons section of the listing. COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES: No more than 10 people may be present at the booking. Masks are required for entry. You must ensure social distancing of 6’ per government regulations. You must ensure that everyone present wears acceptable face coverings at all times within the media production facility or location, provided the individual is over the age of two and medically able to tolerate such a face covering. Performers may temporarily remove their face covering during performances or rehearsals, or when it interferes with a core activity such as hair, makeup, or wardrobe. Performers must don face coverings as soon as practicable following the above activities. You must answer the whether anyone who will be present at the booking has: (a) knowingly been in close or proximate contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has or had symptoms of COVID-19; Yes No (b) tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days; and/or Yes No (c) has experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days Yes No
