This space is ideal for photo productions with its 1,700 sq/ft of active shooting space in Studio B. Total square footage is 2,500sq/ft with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a lounge area. White concrete floors and white walls Enormous windows facing south 12 foot ceiling height Blackout blinds Lounge Area 2 Changing Areas Big Kitchen 2 Bathrooms Hair & Makeup station Rolling racks & hangers Steamer It is located close to Manhattan, right off of the 59th St Bridge. As Renter, you must provide a COI with Diamond Shot Studio added as additional holder

- 1,700sq/ft of active and private shooting space - 2,200sq/ft total space with kitchen - 11' ceilings - South facing and unobstructed giant New-York-style windows - make-up station - 2 changing areas with mirrors - steamers - clothing rolling racks with hangers - room dividers - digital station (no computer included) - foldable tables and chairs - room fan - basic grip available (Auto Poles, A-clamps, V-Flats, C-Stands, Stingers, Background Support, Boom Stand) - BYOE (Bring Your Own Equipment). - client area - dining area with fridge, microwave, filtered water - 2 bathrooms - internet - freight elevator RESTRICTIONS - no cyc, sorry! - no blinds on windows yet (coming soon!) - seamless paper $5/ft - no lighting equipment is provided - must provide COI - no hourly rentals - regular hours from 8am-6pm (10 hours) - OT $150/hr - Deposit required
