The Space

Newly renovated, bright and spacious 1400 sq ft + private patio creative loft steps from Bloomingdales. Located on the second floor for ultimate privacy, the space boasts over 1,000 square feet, elevator direct, private patio, and a working bar. The open layout allows for easy movement throughout the space and to reset the furniture (with approval/help of the location manager.) Barber chairs are included in rental but can be removed with notice to Venue for the event. The furnished patio allows for an indoor/outdoor event as well during the beautiful weather we have in the Spring, Summer and Fall.

Health & Safety Policy

Ventilate the space before and during cleaning. Use disinfectants approved by local regulatory agencies for use against COVID-19. Molekule Air Filter running at all times. Spray high-touch surfaces in each room with an approved disinfectant spray.
