Located within Historic East Hampton Springs and moments to Gerard Drive Beach, our newly renovated beach cottage is perfect for all 4 seasons. The home features extensive decking with a hot tub overlooking the backyard and a wooded nature preserve. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 1 brand new bath and an open floor plan with a light filled kitchen, living & dining area with a mid-century wood burning fireplace. 10 minutes to Amagansett & East Hampton Villages & ocean beaches. 3 minute drive to multiple Bay Beaches - included a short bike ride. No shoes in the house.
