Welcome to our space! Whether you're looking for a quiet area to study, a comfortable classroom to discuss plans, or an active workspace to get your productivity back on track, we've got it all here. Our facility is located in the heart of Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn which is conveniently located near the Q & B train stations, B4, B36, B44 & B49 bus stops. This neighborhood consists of many spots for healthy and affordable luncheons, ranging from bodegas, restaurants, and coffee shops derived from dozens of different cultures. At the facility, our state-of-the-art offices provide the following amenities upon booking: - A 160 sq. ft. room that fits 10 people - A spacious office desk - Five portable desk chairs (Additional chairs provided upon request) - Free, High Speed Wi-Fi - Mac Mini computer - ASUS office monitor equipped with webcam, HDMI, DVI, VGA ports - Wall-mounted whiteboard - Free pencils, pens, markers and paper for use - Ambient lighting towards your own preference - AC / Heat - Free, complimentary coffee, tea & filtered water - Breakout space with coffee station area - Kitchenette - Free printing up to 50 pages - Wheelchair accessibility & elevator - Four restrooms - Community management team available at all times This office fits 10 people maximum! Additional chairs and tables can be provided upon request. This space is great for a study/workspace, meetings, presentations, lectures, interviews, and classes. Renting for 4+ hours? Receive a discount of 10% off! *Areas seen in photos 9, 10, & 11 can be booked at an additional cost.

Our facility is cleaned weekly, in compliance with the CDC and OSHA's guidelines by Advantage Cleaning LLC. All individuals must wear masks while in the facility and maintain a social distance.
